Fulton County Courts will be closed in observance of the Christmas Holiday from December 24 through December 26 and for New Years, December 31 through January 2, 2026. December 26 and January 2 have been designated as Administrative Holidays by the Board of Commissioners of Fulton County. Because these are administrative holidays, the Family Division will be open on Friday December 26th and Friday January 2nd 8:30 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. for Temporary Protective Orders only.
