Fulton County Superior is excited to announce that our new Interpreter Request website will officially go live on Monday, August 11, 2025!
Please click on the link https://interpreter.fultonsuperiorcourtga.gov/ to submit for all Interpreter and ASL Interpreter requests.
Please note: Everyone including previous users MUST register through the new Interpreter Portal to submit a request for an Interpreter. This also includes ASL Interpreter requests.
The Emergency Interpreter Request Form will be used only for requests less than 24 hrs for Spanish Interpreters and less than 72 hrs for ASL and other exotic languages.
Click on the Emergency Interpreter Request Form link to download the form. Submit the form by email to SCA.Interpreters@fultonountyga.gov. Complete each section of the Emergency Interpreter Request Form to ensure no delays in processing.
Providing Cultural and Sign Language Interpretation Support
Language Interpreters
The Office of the Court Administrator provides language interpreters who support Judges, attorneys, and litigants during hearings, trials, and other court proceedings. Court Administration uses both on-site and outside language interpreters to meet the high demands of requests for language interpreters. In 2013, the Court received over 1,200 requests for language interpreters. Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese, and Hindi were just a few of the languages needing an Interpreter for court proceedings in 2013.
Language services can currently be requested by filling out the Emergency Interpreter Request Form and submitting via email to SCA.Interpreters@fultonountyga.gov. Complete each section of the Emergency Interpreter Request Form to ensure no delays in processing.
Sign Language Interpreters
The Court coordinates with the Fulton County's Division of Equal Employment Opportunity and Disability Affairs for sign language interpreters needed for court proceedings. Please follow the same instructions for requesting a sign language Interpreter as you would for requesting a cultural language Interpreter by accessing the Emergency Interpreter Request Form and selecting "American Sign Language" from the drop-down box. Please e-mail the form to sca.interpreters@fultoncountyga.gov.

This document serves as the plan for the Superior Court to provide services to limited English proficiency (LEP) individuals in compliance with Federal law. The purpose of this plan is to provide a framework for timely and reasonable language assistance to LEP persons who come in contact with the Court.
This plan was developed to ensure equal access to court services for persons with limited English proficiency and hearing-impaired persons.
