The Business Case Division operates pursuant to Atlanta Judicial Circuit Rule 1004, approved by the Georgia Supreme Court.
Cases transferred to the Business Case Division continue to be governed by the Georgia Civil Practice Act and the Uniform Superior Court Rules.
